HEREIN was founded on the principle that everything we need to discover a peaceful, painless existence already resides within us. For me, yoga provides a set of tools that allow access to the quiet mind and calm spirit needed to reside in painless peace. I seek to share these tools as broadly and inclusively as possible.
With HEREIN, I provide an option for those who are beginning to explore this ‘yoga thing’ and what it can add to their lives. Everyone is welcome. Everyone is encouraged. In my classes, you will find clear, calm instruction and the occasional mom-joke. Join me!
